Consumer complaints and grievances
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14, 110/15 and 14/19), dissatisfaction with the service provided may be expressed by a written complaint in the office of the commercial service. Complaints may also be sent by post, e-mail or fax:
